To create screenshot, please follow the steps below:

  1. Press the “Print Scrn” button on your keyboard to create a screenshot of the whole screen content, or press “Alt” + “PrintScrn” to create an image only of the content of the current window.
  2. Open “Microsoft Paint” by pressing “Start” -> “Programs” -> “Accessories” -> “Paint” at the Windows start menu.
  3. In Paint, select “Edit” -> “Paste
  4. Select “File” -> “Save as…” and choose the directory you want to save the screenshot file in. Type the file name in the corresponding text field, and select the file type to be “PNG (*.PNG).”

  1. Press “Command” + “Shift” + “3” on your keyboard to create a screenshot of the whole screen, or “Command” + “Shift” + “4” to mark with your mouse the area you want to make a screenshot of.
  2. You can locate the new screenshot on your Desktop in a file named “Picture <n>”, as <n> would be the number of the screenshot you have created. For example, if you have created just one screenshot, its file name would be “Picture 1”.
